P-FUNK NORTH
high-energy reggae-rock band from North Plainfield, New Jersey. Formed in 2013 by bassist and songwriter David Sloyan, the band describes its sound as a "musical cocktail" blending island reggae grooves with hard-hitting rock energy. Their name is a direct tribute to their hometown of North Plainfield and a nod to being "neighbors to the north" of funk legend George Clinton
