I've been visiting the Stirling Hotel for 10+ years and have always loved the food and experience, but Thursday night was my best visit yet! I came here a few weeks ago with my buddy, he enjoyed it so much he told me he went back later that day! Food: I ended up going with a truffle burger which was perfectly done. The truffle mayo and tossed greens in the burger complimented the patty and bacon well and made it wonderfully delectable. Never been in the stirling area n stumbled upon stirling hotel n thought we'd have dinner there. Rustic place. Friendly staff. We had the corn salad , roasted cauliflower w garbanzo n pomegranates salad, fried calamari n chicken sliders for appetizers. Generous portions n very delicious.
