After many summers of trying to find the identity of our backyard beer garden, and trying a few different concepts over the years, in 2023 we had our eureka moment, and our team launched The Smokehouse. Inspired by one of America’s most iconic cuisines, we drew inspiration from some of the best BBQ that the country has to offer. From the Carolinas, to Nashville, and all the way down to Texas, we tasted it all and began recipe testing.

Making the perfect barbecue is a daily (and nightly) labor of love that takes time. There’s only one road that leads to a perfectly smoked brisket, and it’s at least a 16 hour long one. No piece of meat is identical, the logs don’t always burn the same way, and sometimes the weather isn’t on our side. That’s why The Smokehouse being open is dependent on the weather, and the smoked meats are first come, first serve. When they’re out, they’re out. So we recommend checking our Instagram to make sure The Smokehouse is open, and if it is, try to get here early before it’s all gone!
